This painting was based on a trip to the Bruce penninsula on Lake Superior. We found this beautiful place just south of there called the Tobemory Grotto. We walked about 25 minutes through forest to find this amazing vista of teal water and intricate rock formations. An unforgettable time captured on camera and later expressed on canvas.
